Beyonce helped Adele lose incredible seven stone by becoming her personal cheerleader

Singing superstar Adele was reportedly helped in her dramatic weight loss transformation by none other than Beyonce.

The London-born singer-songwriter, 31, apparently received all the inspiration she needed from Mrs Knowles-Carter.

According to Heat magazine, the former Destiny’s Child star, 38, gave Adele all the tips she needed to lose seven stone in weight.

An inside source said: “Beyonce is Adele’s ultimate icon and they bonded over their weight loss journeys.”

They add that Beyonce has been “supportive” of the Hello singer as she has undergone her physical transformation.

“She has helped her with her own fitness tips, as well as giving her a different outlook on it all, by teaching her to enjoy the work that she’s putting in,” the source explained.

Adele hit the headlines after the 2017 Grammy Awards saw her gush about her idol and split her award to share with the Halo star.

It was also apparently Queen Bey’s documentary film Homecoming that inspired Adele to get on top of her healthier diet and exercise regime.

Adele was seen at Jay-Z and Beyonce’s Oscars after-party this month and left fans astonished with her glamorous svelte appearance.

The source commented: “The Oscars were her incentive to work hard, so she could show off the amazing results.”

For those of us waiting for her fourth album, there’s not too much longer to wait.

Appearing at her best friend’s wedding recently, Adele appeared to confirm a release date of September 2020.

She wowed fans when she took to the stage to sing a classic Candi Staton tune alongside the bride.

We can’t wait to hear what she’s got to offer, but in the meantime, we’re sure she’s too busy enjoying the rumours about her romantic life.
