In seven months women won’t have to worry about an unexpected trip of nine months according to researchers. That’s right! Women will be safe to say I’m not on the shot, are you? Within the next seven months, male birth control injections will become available. According to CNN, the injections have reportedly passed clinical trials. Phase 3 clinical trials in which 202 candidates were recruited with a 97.3% success rate and no reported side effects. Scientists in India say the shot can be injected directly into the groin and last approximately 13 months. Because it is the first out of India, the Drug Controller General has to be very careful of approval. The Indian Council of Medical Research said the injection was designed as a replacement for surgical vasectomy. Women around the world have been waiting on the day a contraceptive for men would be introduced. Well, in seven months the wait is over, but will men reject or inject?
