DAVE CHAPPELLE: Ready for Peace Talks?

Dave Chappelle may make peace with the Netflix staffers who’ve walked out in protest of his recent special, The Closer.

According to TMZ, we may learn the answer if the two sides agree to a proposed sit-down in the coming days. Chappelle’s rep tells the site he’s open to talking but hasn’t been able to make contact with the LGBTQ employee group that’s protested the allegedly anti-transgender humor in the show.

But Ashlee Marie Preston, who’s leading the protest, says she invited the comic to a past meeting, but “Dave chose not to show up.”
