Miley Cyrus has rebounded from Kaitlynn Carter, who was her rebound girlfriend after leaving husband Liam Hemsworth. TMZ published photos with her new guy. Thursday afternoon, Miley and Cody Simpson went grocery shopping for party supplies. An eyewitness told E! News that they acted cozy and “shared a quick kiss.” Miley moves quickly. Cody Simpson is also Australian like Liam and a longtime friend since his singing career peaked in 2013. (E! News)
