CORI “COCO” GAUFF: Wimbledon Run Comes to an End

Teen tennis sensation Cori “Coco” Gauff quickly became a household name after her stunning win over her idol Venus Williams in the opening round of Wimbledon, but the 15-year-old’s amazing run came to an end (Monday).

Gauff was defeated in the fourth round by number-seven seed Simona Halep of Romania in straight sets, 6-3 and 6-3. Gauff entered the tournament ranked 313th in the world and nearly made it to the quarterfinals. (ESPN)
