CUBA GOODING JR.: Pleads Guilty to Forcibly Touching a Woman

Cuba Gooding Junior has pleaded guilty to one count of forcibly touching a woman at a New York City bar in 2018.
The Oscar-winner will receive no jail time, according to The New York Times. And if he attends six months of counselling, he can instead plead guilty to harassment at a lower level than a misdemeanour.
In his guilty plea, Cuba admitted that he “kissed the waitress on her lips” inside the LAVO New York restaurant and nightclub without consent.
He told the court, “I apologize for ever making anybody feel inappropriately touched.”
