KYLIE JENNER: Birthday Week

Travis Scott kicked off Kylie Jenner’s birthday week with a grand romantic gesture. He wall-to-wall carpeted the ground floor of her mansion with four inches of red rose petals. (People)

Kylie Instagrammed her surprise present and the card that said (quote) “Happy Birthday. We’re just getting started.”

The second act will be sweeping wilted petals into Hefty trash bags and carrying them to the curb on garbage pick-up day.

This weekend, the LipKit Queen chartered a quarter-billion-dollar yacht for her 22nd birthday bash. The entire family will jet to the Mediterranean to party on the 300-foot boat. Each couple gets a VIP suite.  (TMZ)
