JUSSIE SMOLLETT: Osundairo Brothers Sue Him for Defamation

The brothers who claim they were paid by Jussie Smollett to stage a racist and homophobic attack on him are suing the actor’s lawyers for defamation.

Ola and Abel Osundairo have filed suit in Chicago against Mark Geragos and Tina Glandian, claiming Smollett’s legal team have gone on TV and told lies about them and accused them of being real attackers who acted alone. The brothers say the lawyers have spread lies about them and caused emotional distress, humiliation and loss of job opportunities.

Smollett was cleared of wrongdoing in the incident, which leaves unanswered what actually happened.

In a statement today, the brothers’s lawyer said, “We have sat back and watched lie after lie being fabricated about us in the media only so that one big lie can continue to have life. These lies are destroying our character and our reputation in our personal and professional lives.” (TMZ)
