TAYLOR SWIFT: Date Night at Golden Globes

Written by on January 6, 2020

Viewers of the Golden Globes caught the best glimpse yet of Taylor Swift and boyfriend Joe Alwyn.

Last night was the first time they’ve sat side-by-side during a televised awards show. They chose to walk separately on the red carpet. Though they took their seats together, near the front of the stage at a table in the center of The Beverly Hilton Hotel ballroom.

Taylor rubbed shoulders on her right with 82-year-old Warren Beatty and his wife Annette Bening. While sitting to Joe’s left was Rupert Goold, who directed Golden Globe winner Renée Zellweger in theJudy Garland bio-pic.

Taylor presented Best Animated Feature Film with Amy Poehler. She didn’t get a second chance to take the stage because Elton John won in the Best Original Song category. Taylor wrote “Beautiful Ghosts” for the movie CATS. Joe had a role in the Harriet Tubman bio-pic, which earned two Golden Globe nominations, but not for him. (Elle)
