PRINCE WILLIAM: Commercial Flight on Budget Airline

Prince William stoked the rivalry with his younger brother.

This week, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle took flak for flying on a private jet to a Mediterranean vacation. Environmentalists cried hypocrisy for Harry to preach about climate change one day and the next to go flying on a private plane. (The Mirror, UK)

Prince William heard those complaints. Yesterday, the future King of England booked a commercial flight. The budget airline Flybe does not offer a First Class. So William paid $90 each for five seats with cramped legroom in coach.

Conveniently, the paparazzi were waiting at the airport to photograph the Royal Family exiting the plane. William wanted to give a not-so-subtle statement to his spendthrift brother.  (Daily Mail)
