POST MALONE: $350,000 Breakup Settlement

When Post Malone and Ashlen Diaz split in 2018, he arranged for her to be paid $350,000 as a departing gift.

Now, a lawyer claiming to represent Ashlen Diaz wants his 10% of her settlement. A lawsuit filed against both Post Malone and Ashlen alleges he “proposed, coerced and pressured her to discharge the lawyers so that he could settle the case alone, and gain the benefit of her not having the assistance of her lawyers.”

The lawyer thinks they could’ve negotiated a better deal for Ashlen Diaz. Even though there’s no legal requirement for Posty to pay palimony after three years of dating. (The Blast)
