CARDI B.: Wins Libel Lawsuit

Cardi B just won a big libel lawsuit over a blogger spreading false information about her.

A federal court has ruled in Cardi’s favor in her suit against Tasha K. Tasha had suggested in various posts that Bardi once worked as a prostitute, used drugs and had contracted STIs. She’s been found liable on three separate claims and is on the hook for more than $1 million in damages.

Cardi filed the suit in 2019 after Tasha refused to take down the offending posts. She testified during the trial and said the claims even had her contemplating suicide. (TMZ)
