ADELE: Scratches *Brit Awards*

Adele canceled another performance.

She had been scheduled to perform at the February 8th Brit Awards in London. Instead, Adele has gone into seclusion since her Las Vegas residency cratered.

The British equivalent of the Grammys had relied on Adele to draw a crowd. She’s arguably the biggest British act. A source revealed, (quote) “Adele was confirmed to perform but has now pulled out — which has been a massive blow for the organizers. They are talking to her team to see if she can appear by video-link.”

Her recent behavior has soured friendships. The Brit Awards approached Dua Lipa, Ed Sheeran and Sam Smith to accept the trophy on Adele’s behalf – should she win. All three said, “NO.”  (The Sun, UK)
