CUBA GOODING JR.: Hit With New Criminal Charge

Cuba Gooding Junior was in a New York courtroom (Thursday) and charged with a new crime that may or may not be related to his ongoing sexual assault case.

The district attorney told a judge that the Oscar winner, who’s already facing a trial on a sexual assault charge, has racked up a new charge related to an additional incident. It’s not clear whether the new charge comes from the woman in the initial sexual assault case or another incident altogether.

TMZ reports that Gooding will be arraigned on the new charge next week.
