Justin Bieber acknowledged on Instagram that he was once an ignorant punk going back to the days when he was groomed by Usher. In a post where he called an end to racism, Justin commented (quote) “When I was young, I was uneducated and found myself saying really hurtful things. Racism is still very prevalent.”
