NBC must make a difficult decision with Jimmy Fallon. During the first week of this TV season, NBC had the highest ratings. However, The Tonight Show placed third in viewers behind Stephen Colbert and Jimmy Kimmel on ABC. The audience tuning to Fallon plummeted by 25 percent since one year ago.
