Cuba Gooding Jr. hit with new groping assault charges.

A new accuser, a waitress named Natasha Ashworth has filed a lawsuit on Monday against Cuba. Ashworth claimed that back in 2018 at Tao Nightclub, Cuba pinched her Buttocks without her consent. Court papers stated that at the end of Ashworth’s shift as she stood by the bar, Goodings approached her and pinched her right buttocks. After she responded telling Goodings “not to touch her,” he replied, “that’s no fun” and made further attempts to touch the rear of her body. Ashworth’s suit claims that the incident was recorded on video. Cuba is due in court on October 31st on the new allegations. If found guilty of the charges Cuba won’t be having a happy Halloween. That’s no fun!
