In Case you didn’t know American singer Billie Eilish is the recipient of numerous awards including five Grammy Awards, two American Music Awards, two MTV Europe Music Awards, three MTV Video Music Awards and an NRJ Music Award. She has also earned two Guinness World Records during her career. In a recent interview Vogue magazine published Monday, the pop artist accused rappers today of lying in their music. She recognizes the differences between writing a story and blatantly making up the truth, but the “Bad Guy” singer asserts that she doesn’t do any of that. “Just because the story isn’t real doesn’t mean it can’t be important,” she said. “There’s a difference between lying in a song and writing a story. There are tons of songs where people are just lying. There’s a lot of that in rap right now, from people that I know who rap. It’s like, ‘I got my AK-47, and I’m f**kin’,’ and I’m like, what? You don’t have a gun. ‘And all my bi**hes…’ I’m like, which bi**hes? That’s posturing, and that’s not what I’m doing.” How do you feel about what she said?
