Even though the borders of the Bahamas have opened up on July 1st for the Tourism industry, there’s still rules to follow due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Bhamas is celebrating their Independence on July 10th, but not the way the Bahamian citizens usually do. The beach is the normal holiday fun family activity in the 242, but the new norm is changing the way things were in the place that’s known for the sun , sand and sea. The Prime Minister has closed the beaches of the Bahamas from July 9th to July 13th. Many citizens are questioning this action due to the fact that tourists are coming into the Bahamas, but Tourist just like Bahamians have to follow the rules that have been set by the Government of the Bahamas to continue to keep the covid numbers at a minimum.
