Lil Nas X Comes For Haters

Written by on April 7, 2021

After going number one Billboard’s Hot 100 chart again, Lil Nas X is not letting anyone rain on his parade! As we previously reported, The “Old Town Road” artist drew tons of criticism after he released his raunchy song and music video “Montero (Call Me By Your Name),” which featured him sliding down a stripper pole and giving Satan a lap dance. Despite negative reviews and backlash, the entertainer still jumped to the top of the chart and he’s been celebrating all over social media. The star also took some time to send a little message to his hater:

“y’all told a 19-year-old who had just escaped the lowest point of his life that he would never have a hit again. you told him to stop while he’s ahead. he could’ve gave up. but 4 multi platinum songs and 2 #1’s later, he’s still here. thank you to my team and my fans! ily.” He said in another tweet, “i hope my haters are sad. i hope they are crying. i want your tears to fill my grammy cup.”
