HALSEY: Pays Fan’s Speeding Ticket

Halsey offered to pay a $250 ticket for a fan who admitted to speeding while listening to Halsey’s aggressive anthem “Nightmare.”

Halsey asked for their Venmo. Within an hour, “Francesca” tweeted a screenshot of Halsey’s Venmo payment with the message “Drive SAFELY!!!!!”

It started when “Francesca” confessed via tweet (quote) “Driving home from Penn State, I got pulled over/given a ticket for the first time ever. When asked why I was going 99 in a 70, I was ~dangerously~ close to admitting I was bangin’ out to @Halsey’s new song Nightmare.” (Billboard)
