WENDY WILLIAMS: Discharged From Hospital

Talk show host Wendy Williams was discharged this weekend from the hospital.

Paparazzi photographed Wendy as she arrived home still wearing the hospital-issued blue, non-slip socks. Hospitals color-code socks. For many hospitals, the blue socks are given to patients who arrived at the emergency room in serious condition.

Coming home half-dressed suggests she had been rushed to the hospital and likely in the middle of the night.

Last week, Wendy’s team said that due to “ongoing health issues,” she would not spend this week promoting the new season of The Wendy Williams Show. She suffers from Graves’ Disease and painful Lymphedema. Two years ago, Wendy was treated for substance abuse. (Daily Mail)
