BRITNEY SPEARS: Pre-Nup Dad’s Priority

Britney Spears and Sam Asghari started making wedding plans.

Meanwhile, her father Jamie Spears is planning to craft an ironclad pre-nuptial agreement. He reportedly acknowledged Britney’s desire to wed for a third time. He’s removed the roadblocks that he placed more than a decade ago. Dad’s priority now is to protect her money – or so he says.

An insider told People magazine, (quote) “Jamie is working on finding a lawyer. It has to be a divorce lawyer who handles the prenup. Because it involves her finances and he’s still officially Britney’s estate conservator, dad is figuring out the details.”

Sam Asghari joked on Instagram how he agreed that a pre-nup is required so that Britney could not take his Jeep and sneaker collection “in case she dumps me one day.”
