ROBERT KRAFT: “I Have Hurt and Disappointed My Family”

Written by on March 25, 2019

Robert Kraft issued his first statement after pleading not guilty to massage parlor sexcapades.

The owner of the New England Patriots said, (quote) “I am truly sorry. I know I have hurt and disappointed my family, my close friends, my co-workers, our fans who rightfully hold me to a higher standard.”

Kraft has a court date on Thursday. If convicted, he faces one year in prison. Beyond his legal jeopardy, Kraft could be punished by the NFL. The league’s commissioner will wait out the legal case before disciplining Kraft.

The 77-year-old billionaire credited his wife for shaping his morals. She died of cancer. Since her death a decade ago, his morals apparently decayed. Kraft has been romantically linked with a 39-year-old model, and now to a victim of human sex trafficking who works at the Orchids of Asia spa. (ESPN)
