R. KELLY: Court Hearing

R. Kelly was in court on Tuesday.

The singer showed up with a giant entourage to try to shape the case against him. Kells’ team sought to challenge the authenticity of a sex tape, and to raise points about questionable behavior by prosecutor Kim Foxx and opposing attorney Michael Avenatti. 

The judge said Kelly’s legal counsel needs to explain what it hopes to find before anyone will sign off on turning over communications between Avenatti and Foxx’s offices. (TMZ)
