OPRAH WINFREY: Fact-Checks Critical Commenter

After Oprah Winfrey delivered the commencement address at Colorado College, some folks wondered why she didn’t do as much as billionaire tech investor Robert F. Smith, who gave Morehouse’s commencement speech and pledged to pay off the graduating class’s $40 million in student loans. 

Big O wasn’t having it. The media mogul responded directly in the comments, “[I’ve] already paid $13 million in scholarships. Have put over 400 men through Morehouse.”
