MACHINE GUN KELLY: Sued by Former Business Partner

Machine Gun Kelly’s former business partner is gunning for the rapper in court.

Entertainment lawyer James McMilan is suing for breach of contract after MGK refused to sign a merchandise agreement. McMilan claims the entertainment companies he co-founded with the Cleveland rapper, Set 19xx LLC and Make Millions Music LLC, will lose as much as $800,000 if MGK doesn’t agree to the deal. The lawsuit alleges the offer has been on the table since last summer but is due to expire soon.

Kelly argues that an arbitration agreement in place for the past seven years is “not binding.” (Page Six)
