On Saturday in Hollywood, Anthony Anderson hosts the annual ceremony. He said this week about Smollett (quote) “I hope he wins because I’d be interested to hear his speech.” (Variety)

Meanwhile, the City of Chicago sent an invoice to Smollett. They want $130,000 to cover investigation costs into police report. He got off scot-free but authorities in Chicago still believe he staged a fake hate-crime. (Fox News)

President Donald Trump has joined the outrage over the decision to drop charges against Smollett. Yesterday morning, the President tweeted (quote) “FBI & DOJ to review the outrageous Jussie Smollett case in Chicago. It is an embarrassment to our Nation!” More than 30,000 people retweeted Trump’s message.
