Drake shocked social media when he decided to use Jay-Z’s old stomping grounds as the backdrop for a new video.

There’s a clip going around showing Drizzy rapping in front of the Marcy Projects in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. Lots of folks are clowning Drake for constantly looking over his shoulder in the clip, where he stands in front of a project building while rocking a Yankees jacket.

Meanwhile hip-hop purists are questioning the Canadian’s audacity to step onto the sacred ground of one of the GOAT.
