DEMI LOVATO: Ex Sings About His Side

Demi Lovato wasted no time sharing her feelings about her split with Max Ehrich on  “Still Have Me,” and he’s finally sharing his feelings with a tune of his own.

Max, who spent days pleading for Demi to take him back, just dropped a piano ballad called “Afraid,” on which he croons about falling in love again. He tells Billboard, “I hope ‘Afraid’ will help people allow themselves to be vulnerable. It speaks of all the emotions that I was going through at that time. The simplicity of the piano totally brings it home for me. It’s beyond fulfilling to be able to release these feelings in a song.”

“Afraid” will appear on Max’s debut EP, which is set for release early next year.
