ARIANA GRANDE: Honors Mac Miller on Tour

Ariana Grande launched the Sweetener Tour last (Monday) night with a tribute to her ex-boyfriend, Mac Miller.
Before the show got started, the arena speakers in Albany, New York played several Mac Miller songs. Ariana hand-picked the pre-show playlist and the last tune before she took the stage was from Mac.
The 29-song Sweetener Tour set mimics the studio album by starting with the a cappella tune “Raindrops (An Angel Cried).”
During the encore, the entire crowd sang along with Ariana on “Thank U Next.” One of the more memorable lines addresses the overdose death of her ex-boyfriend. (quote) “Wish I could say, ‘Thank you’ to Malcolm cause he was an angel.” (Entertainment Tonight)
