Rapper YG arrested on suspicion of robbery

Days before YG is set to perform at the Grammy Awards on Sunday in a tribute to Nipsey Hussle with John Legend, DJ Khaled, Meek Mill, and others, he was arrested.

According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, on early Friday morning, YG was arrested at his home in San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles. Sheriff’s deputies arrived at his home with a search warrant related to an on-going criminal investigation involving a robbery.

After inspecting his home, deputies took him into custody. He was being held on $250,000 bail at the Men’s Central Jail. His arraignment date is January 28th, 2020.
