ROB KARDASHIAN: Dismisses Suit Days Before Trial

This week, Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna were scheduled to face off in a courtroom battle.

Then on Friday, Rob abruptly asked the judge to dismiss his lawsuit against the mother of their child named Dream. Rob told the New York Post, (quote) “My love for Dream far outweighs my desire to proceed with my claims against her mother in a public trial. I am focusing on my co-parenting relationship with Chyna.”

He sued Blac Chyna in 2017 for trying to strangle him with an “iPhone charger cord.” He escaped but not before she battered Rob across the head and face with a metal pole. Most seriously, Kardashian claimed Chyna pointed a gun at him during a “drug- and alcohol-fueled rampage.”

Blac Chyna denied those allegations. Her attorney responded, (quote) “Rob dropped his case on the eve of trial because he knew his assault and battery accusations against Chyna were false. She will seek relief from the court to make him pay for her substantial litigation costs.”  (New York Post)
