R. KELLY: Speaks Out

R. Kelly has spoken publicly for the first time since being found guilty on all counts in a federal court yesterday (Monday).

He tweeted on Monday night, echoing a statement his attorney made outside the courthouse. He wrote, “To all my fans and supporters I love you all and thank you for all the support. Today’s verdict was disappointing and I will continue to prove my innocence and fight for my freedom. #notguilty.”

Some of the singer’s supporters gathered outside across from the courthouse in protest of the verdict.
