TMZ reports that creepy Father’s Day tweet from Bill Cosby was dictated from his prison phone. His rep says that Cosby “lectures” the prison inmates. They’re a “captive audience” several times a week. Sometimes more than 100 inmates listen to Cosby sermonize on moral behavior. How rich. (TMZ)
