A judge agreed to the Weinstein Company’s $17 million bankruptcy settlement with nearly 40 women. They accused founder Harvey Weinstein of various degrees of sexual harassment and assault. He’s been sentenced for more than 20 years. The $17 million will be distributed by a point system based on the documentation presented severity of their accusations. (The Hollywood Reporter)

HBO Max denied multiple reports about a Harry Potter spinoff in the works (quote) “There are no Harry Potter series in development at the studio or on the streaming platform.” Earlier on Monday, an insider sounded vague about the project that HBO Max denied is happening (quote) “Broad ideas have been discussed as part of the early-stage exploratory meetings.” (The Wrap)
