BRITNEY SPEARS: Extends Restraining Order

Written by on May 29, 2019

A judge granted Britney Spears an extension on the restraining order against her former manager, Sam Lutfi.

He attempted to call the legal measure “unconstitutional,” but the judge shut him down and ended the court hearing. Sam Lutfi must keep his distance from Britney until the next court hearing in two weeks. At that time in mid-June, the attorneys will argue for a restraining order to keep Sam Lutfi away for years.

Britney claimed her ex-manager caused “severe mental trauma” by publicly commenting around the height of the #FreeBritney movement. (Entertainment Tonight)

Meanwhile, Britney directly addressed that crowd and debunked their conspiracy theory that she doesn’t control her social media platforms. On Tuesday, Britney Instagrammed a video and told the #FreeBritney train, (quote) “For those of you who don’t think I post my own videos, I did this video yesterday. So, you’re wrong. But I hope you like it.” (New York Post)
