REGGIE MILLER PAYS HOMAGE TO STEPH CURRY AFTER HE PASSES HIM FOR SECOND PLACE IN THREE-POINTERS MADE

Written by on January 25, 2021

Stephen Curry will eventually go down as the greatest three-point shooter in NBA history.

On Saturday night, Curry passed Reggie Miller for second on the NBA’s career three-pointers list.

Curry had 24 points with seven rebounds and seven assists, though his Golden State Warriors lost 127-108 to the Utah Jazz. Curry was 5/10 on threes, giving him 2,562 threes in his career

Next in line for Curry is the NBA’s all-time leader in 3-point shots, Ray Allen. In his Hall of Fame career, Allen made 2,973 3-pointers, putting him more than 400 3’s ahead of Curry. At Curry’s career pace of about 4 made 3’s per game, Curry should expect to pass him at some point next season.
