Jamie Foxx is enjoying his time and Chicago. Taking care of the city that reportedly took care of him, Jamie Foxx has been seen in a video returning a lost purse to a woman.
According to TMZ, Foxx’s moment of kindness was captured on camera as his SUV pulled up next to people in a pedicab, where he returned the purse of a woman who unknowingly dropped it.
