Happy Halloween! Trick or Treat?

It’s Halloween, but a not so happy one for a New Jersey mom that took her son to a Halloween party for some trick or treat fun. Seems as though someone decided to give a bad treat to the child. When his mother checked his bag of goodies she found a baggie filled with white powder. You would really think this was a simple Halloween trick but, that powder turned out to be heroin. The mother and her son attended the Halloween event at Rio Grande Shore Family Success Center that is co-operating with authorities to find out who the trickster is that gave this kid a very bad treat.
