The Top 5 movies this weekend:

1. Death on the Nile – $12.8 million
2. Jackass Forever – $8.1
3. Marry Me – $8 million
4. Spider-Man: No Way Home – $7.2 million
5. Blacklight – $3.6 million

Death on the Nile led a trio of new movies at the weekend box office. The Kenneth Branaugh mystery, also starring Gal Gadot, earned $12.8 million in its first three days.

That knocked Jackass Forever from the top spot. The Johnny Knoxville prank flick made $8.1 million in its second weekend, just ahead of the Jennifer Lopez romantic comedy Marry Me, which opened with $8 million.

Spider-Man: No Way Home was fourth with$7.2 million, raising its total to $759 million, only a million and a half away from the third highest grossing movie of all time, Avatar.

And the Liam Neeson thriller Blacklight debuted in fifth with $3.6 million.
