Two new movies arrive to launch the summer season: The sequel to A Quiet Place and Disney’s live-action Cruella starring Emma Stone. Both films will play on 3800 screens.

Box office forecasts are all over the map for Cruella, which you can see in a movie theater. Or rent for home viewing at Disney Plus Premium Access for $30. By the end of the Memorial Day Weekend, Cruella might earn as much as $25 million.

Emily Blunt and husband John Krasinski return for the horror flick, A Quiet Place 2. The movie has been delayed a couple of times due to the pandemic. This weekend, revenue is expected to reach $35 million. (Variety)
