Arnold Schwarzenegger and Linda Hamilton reunite for Terminator: Dark Fate. The sixth instalment in the sci-fi series arrives on nearly 4,100 screens. Opening weekend revenue could reach $45 million, which would be the biggest debut in the franchise.

Three other new releases will struggle to sell $10 million in tickets, including the family-friendly animated adventure called Arctic Dogs, featuring the voices of Jeremy Renner, James Franco, John Cleese and Heidi Klum.

Actress Cynthia Erivo takes the title role in the Harriet Tubman biopic, Harriet, playing at 2,100 theatres. Finally, Edward Norton wrote, directed and stars in the crime drama Motherless Brooklyn, which probably will make just $2 million in its debut. (Box Office Debut)
