Tekashi 6ix9ine Sued For Filming Sexual Video Of Minor

Tekashi 6ix9ine can’t catch a break and now his 2015 case where he pled guilty to use of a child in a sexual performance has crept up on him again. According to TMZ, legal documents show that the woman, identified as Jane Doe, is suing the rapper for alleged sexual abuse in 2015 when she was just 13. The woman claims that she was incoherent on drugs and alcohol, therefore unable to consent when 6ix9ine and another individual took explicit videos of her, which they later shared online as part of a music video. Tay Milly, the other individual was receiving oral sex while the rapper did pelvic thrusts behind her in one video. In others, she was reportedly laying naked across their laps, in other compromising positions. The woman is now suing 6ix9ine and Tay Milly for child sexual assault, child sexual abuse, and infliction of emotional distress. Tekashi took a plea deal in 2018 and served four years on probation. The amount she is suing for has not been specified.
