We’re learning more details around the shocking real-life “Stan” situation Eminem experienced earlier this year.

Marshall woke up on April 5th to find Matthew David Hughes standing behind him as he slept. At first the rapper thought it was his nephew walking around the house but quickly realized it was a stranger. When Em asked the guy why he was there, he said he was there to kill. 

Despite multiple security measures at the gated property, including a security guard, the man still managed to use a brick to gain entry into the rapper’s home. Marshall wound up escorting the man out himself, through a game room and basketball court, to the exit. (Detroit Free Press)
