Was JUSTIN BIEBER about to throw hands?: Accuses Paparazzi of Upskirt Photos

Justin Bieber confronted paparazzi for taking upskirt photos of his wife, Hailey Bieber. Though an eyewitness told E! News that was never the intention of the photographers.

The couple partied the other night at the Hollywood hotspot, The Nice Guy. The paparazzi rushed Justin and Hailey as they exited the restaurant and entered his limousine bus. Before the doors could close, Justin returned to the sidewalk, pointed at one of the creeps to ask in an annoyed voice, (quote) “Are you guys shooting underneath her skirt?”

In unison, they all denied doing such a thing. One of them replied with their own question, “Why would someone shoot under her skirt?” Justin shot back, (quote) “That’s the question, right?” (E! News)
